Our Story

Savi Flooring & Tile started in the early 2000s, long before our showroom opened its doors. Our founder, Richard Savi, began his career as a flooring installer, working for years with major retailers and builders. Through that experience, he saw firsthand what worked, what didn’t, and where customers were often left disappointed by poor communication and inconsistent workmanship.

He knew he could build something better: a flooring business rooted in craftsmanship, professionalism, and integrity. In 2017, he and his wife opened their first showroom, which quickly grew as customers shared their positive experiences. By 2022, Savi moved into a beautiful, design-forward showroom, serving homeowners, designers, and builders across the 30A corridor.

Today, Savi Flooring & Tile is known for premium products, vetted installation partners, and a warm, honest approach. Our name carries weight in the community because we’ve earned it one project, one homeowner, and one handshake at a time.

Richard Savi

Founder & Local Flooring Expert

Rich brings over two decades of flooring and tile installation experience to Santa Rosa Beach and the 30A community. Starting out working with large retailers and high-end builders shaped his belief that great service begins with great communication and great craftsmanship. He personally trains his installation so every customer gets the same quality work Savi Flooring & Tile is known for.

His warm, down-to-earth personality helps customers feel at ease. Additionally, his deep product knowledge lets homeowners, designers and builders choose flooring they’ll love.

Jeani Savi

Co-founder of Savi Flooring and Tile

Jeani has extensive experience in design, customer care, and customer satisfaction, which is of the utmost importance to her.

Our reputation is everything, and so much of our business comes from referrals by satisfied customers, which means the world to Jeani. Our customers always come first. Jeani is committed to ensuring happy customers and is focused on the look and quality of the final product.

Jessica Carrodus

Design & Sales

Originally from Winston, GA, Jessica has called Santa Rosa Beach home for the past six years. With over 15 years of experience in interior design and home maintenance, she brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to our team.

Her favorite part about Savi? Helping people bring their ideas and visions to life! She loves guiding clients in discovering their own creativity while building their dream spaces.

Robert Sellers

Project management/ Business Development.

A true local with deep roots in the community, Robert Sellers is a commercial construction professional specializing in flooring and tile solutions for commercial builders. He brings hands-on experience in project coordination, product sourcing, pricing, and business development, building strong client relationships while delivering practical solutions that balance design, performance, and budget. In his spare time, he values church involvement, spending time with family, and occasionally attempting to improve his golf game.

Cristen Rogers

Office Manager

Cristin has been a resident of the Emerald Coast since 2003 and has worked in the flooring and tile industry since 2004. She brings extensive experience in business management and accounting and is passionate about helping clients bring their design visions to life.

Cristin lives locally with her three children and enjoys spending her free time at the beach and outdoors.
